- Advisory Services — This service provides advice and counsel on an as-needed basis. Often used to supplement your existing HR staff, it is less finite and its duration may be less clear. Many clients refer to this service as “HR On Call.”
- Day-to-Day Outsourced HR Services — This offering is customized to fit the specific needs of each client. Some of our services we can provide:
- Serving as an outsourced HR Representative
- Navigating employee leaves, which may require in-depth knowledge of both state and federal requirements
- Advising on difficult employee issues
- Assisting with tasks like COBRA notifications, offer letters and reference checks
- Ensuring that employees have a primary contact for key HR issues
